The Challenge

In Autumn 2017, Centrica Storage Limited (CSL) moved to a new, purpose-built office at Bridgehead Business Park in Hessle. Though this was an exciting time for the company, they were conscious of the negative reaction that commuting to a new location may have with some of their team. In order to overcome any resistance to change, we were tasked with developing an IC campaign that would communicate the many positives of the new office. And in doing so, we were to ensure that every member of staff could take ownership and get behind what was planned, as well as the benefits it was to bring them.

Our Response

In order to turn disheartened employees of the move into advocates of it, we created a campaign demonstrating that CSL cared about them and their wellbeing. The new creative direction and visual language developed was a resounding success, with staff embracing their new workplace as a change for the better. In order to build on this positivity, we have since expanded the campaign across a succession of CSL projects and touchpoints.
