Evergreen Garden Care was formed in 2018, following the acquisition of the European and Asia-Pacific operations of Scotts Miracle-Gro. An industry leader in the lawn and garden care market, Evergreen’s new leadership team was keen to ensure that its 800 employees were fully aware of, and engaged in their new ambition, strategy, values and goals. Employee communication specialist, Allman Communication was appointed to support them in shaping and sharing a story that would engage and excite colleagues.
Working in partnership with Allman, we took the findings from an in-depth communication review to develop a visually engaging internal communication campaign. The resulting materials not only delivered clear communication during the launch, ensuring staff across all global regions were actively engaged, but furthermore the impactful look and feel has also been applied to ongoing communications materials including an employee survey, an HR handbook, employee email campaigns and a regular employee newsletter.
