OnePay are one of the UK’s leading providers of alternative payment solutions for temporary employees who can’t open a UK bank account. OnePay products give businesses and their workers the benefits of a fast, easy and efficient way to pay and receive wage payments. In 2016 we were engaged to complete a comprehensive review of the OnePay brand, positioning and communications, ensuring OnePay could clearly differentiate the B2B and B2C products and services.
We refined the brandmark and clarified the OnePay proposition, developing a distinct visual identity and unique tone of voice for each of their core audiences. Bespoke iconography and all-new photography came together to create a modern visual identity. Following the launch, we updated all communications and contact points in an ongoing relationship, often responding quickly to customer documentation updates to reflect changes in legislation.
