More than 90% of UK households have at least one of SHS’s condiments and sauces in them. With an ambition to grow the business further, the company was investing for growth and asked Allman Communication to help them get employees behind a new vison and strategy. A key element of the programme was to involve senior managers and get their buy-in. They did this by working with them to define an engaging company story and then bringing it to life with impactful messages and materials.
Working in partnership with Allman Communication, we designed a ‘big picture’ which brought together all the elements of the story into a single, engaging visual piece of communication. This was then developed into a range of inspiring assets, including printed materials as well as an animation and a suite of adaptable imagery. This was used initially to get top team buy-in, and then as part of a hardworking toolkit that enabled them to pass on the key messages to their teams. This highly visual and involving approach was a resounding success, raising awareness of the new vision and strategy and ensuring everyone felt part of the company story.
